Successful logins began to occur at 12:00am UTC and have held steady since. We are considering this incident fully resolved at this time. An official communication on this incident will be provided to all customers shortly.

Customers are now able to log into the WebUI again. We will continue to monitor the status of this incident until we get confirmation from Auth0 that the fix has been implemented. We appreciate your patience.

We are still waiting for a fix to be implemented by Auth0. In the meantime, customers can still leverage the Blameless bot to trigger and manage incidents. We will provide updates once we have heard back from Auth0.

We have received word from Auth0 that their proposed fix is 1.5 hours from deployment. Our internal investigations have not uncovered a solution that would provide access sooner. We’re in communication with Auth0 who are working implement mitigation on their end, with an ETA of 3 hours to resolve. We are also investigating possible workarounds in order to provide access sooner, if at all possible.

We are still investigating but we have detected issues with the login process and token validation. This is happening for all customers. API logins are working but not User logins More information will follow as soon as it becomes available
